IN 2020Company rules and regulations Employees must familiarise themselves with the company’s rules and regulations, which are
given to them when they sign their employment contract. Everyone must comply with
and apply the rules and regulations set out. The rules and regulations came into force in 2015
and relate to health, safety and discipline.
Code of conduct
In compliance with the Sapin II Act, the code of conduct extends the company’s existing
measures against corruption to include measures such as the development of a corruption
risk map. The code of conduct defines the values and behaviours expected of employees within
the company and gives examples of potentially unethical behaviours to avoid. It applies to all
employees.
Third party notification and assessment
To ensure that it can assess its first-tier suppliers, Société du Grand Paris implements a
third-party corruption risk assessment process. The process will be supplemented by an
external analysis tool for the highest-risk companies, to obtain information on their exposure
to corruption.
It is in the process of acquiring a monitoring
tool that will enable it to systematically
assess the third parties with which it already
has or will have a business relationship.
Informing the general public
and third parties Société du Grand Paris is updating its
website to provide the general public with
more information on the actions it takes to
prevent the risks of corruption and conflicts
of interest. The code of conduct summary
will be made public by the end of 2021.
Between now and the end of the year,
the code of conduct will be made available
to third parties and future tender candidates.
Standard contractual clauses on conflict
of interest management and preventing
corruption have been drafted and will be
incorporated into new contracts.POST PER DAY DURING FIRST WEEK

of a summary booklet has been produced
and distributed to all employees. All new

Paris intranet.
System for monitoring
and assessing third parties The framework for the third party assessment
system was established in 2020. In the first
