Commitment to work integration On 19 October, a group of refugees visited the
Fabrique du Métro as part of their work integration
programme. In 2020, Société du Grand Paris increased
its efforts to support those for whom access to the
world of work is particularly difficult. The requirement
to earmark a minimum percentage of work integration
hours worked on worksites increased from 5% to 10%
for groups of companies.
Work resumes at sites From Monday, 20 April, and in compliance with all
Covid-19 prevention measures, work gradually
resumed at construction sites after a one-month
shutdown. As well as impacting construction
companies, the Covid-19 crisis disrupted many
SMEs involved in building the Grand Paris Express.
STRENGTHENED TEAMS
Société du Grand Paris’s
recruitment drive, which began
in 2019, continued in 2020 with
the creation of 300 new jobs.
From around 30 employees
in 2010, the programme
management team should
have 1,000 by the end of 2021.
