1. Ethical people-centric project management

2. Factoring in the environment in both design and implementation
• 27 to 51 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent saved by 2070 • 100% of worksites with environmental requirements • Promote active, low-carbon mobility
3. Contributing to creating the city of tomorrow
• A modern transport service to save time on daily journeys in the Île-de-France region
• Create more accessible services within 10 minutes’ walk of a station: - 408 health care facilities - 130 higher education establishments - 270 cultural centres
• More than 95% of people in the metropolitan area will live less than 2 km from a station
• 250,000 to 400,000 new homes built in the municipalities served • Relieve congestion on existing public transport lines with a train every 2 to 3 minutes

• More than 115,000 jobs created • At least 10% of worksite workers on work integration contracts • At least 20% of the value of public procurement contracts awarded to small and mid-sized businesses
