Two solutions are available:
- You have an e-commerce website: we connect your catalog to your site, and when a user clicks on a product in the catalog, it is added directly to the cart. Once the cart is ready, it switches to your website to finish the order.
- You don't have an e-commerce website: your catalog will allow users to request quotes. Then the request is sent to you by e-mail.
This solution connects your catalog to your existing e-commerce website.
We put "Add to cart" buttons in your catalog, next to each product. We also add a shopping cart directly within the Fluidbook.
Then when the user clicks to confirm their cart, it switches to your website to finish the order.
This solution allows users to request a quote.
In your catalog, an icon placed next to each product allows you to add the desired products to the quote request.
Once the request is complete, the user enters his contact details and sends you the request.
You will then receive the request as an e-mail with all the elements necessary to be able to respond to it.
